30 Seconds of Reverse Crunches

30 Seconds of Left Side Crunches

30 Seconds of Right Side Crunches

1 Minute Russian Twists

30 Second Plank Hold

1 Minute Rest

1 Minute Mountain Climbers

30 Seconds of Burpees

1 Minute of Crunches

1 Minute of Reverse Crunches

30 Seconds of Left Side Crunches

30 Seconds of Right Side Crunches

1 Minute Plank Hold
